Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:
All sales transactions at Environmental Green Products are governed by following terms and conditions:

Ordering: You can order over phone or on website. Online ordering enables you to order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing time for internet orders is identical to this of phone or mail orders. On the average, we ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. In case of any delay, we will contact you with lead time. We offer best services and prices. In the event you come across any price lower than ours, simply tell us where you found it, and we will gladly match or beat the price or refund you the difference. This offer applies to prices on identical models and/or service (excluding misprints, liquidation sales, floor display or returned model sales) within 30 days of your purchase.

Ordering online: Place all the items you'd like to buy in shopping cart on our website. Shopping cart will show you a list of everything that's currently in your cart. When you're ready to place your order, just access your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. You can add as many items to your order as you like by clicking “Add to cart”. You can also modify your order by deleting items or increasing the quantity of items. Once you place an order and if you've given us your e-mail address, we'll send you an order confirmation by e-mail, to be followed in by a shipping notification e-mail. For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.

If you need to cancel an order and have not checked out yet, simply go to “View cart” and remove items from your cart. If you have already checked out, in that case you need to contact us for canceling your order. Most products are shipped within one day. Some may take longer depending on availability, customization and work load. We will notify you soon after your order is placed to inform you about its shipping status. In the case of special orders or custom orders (carpet, custom paint tinting, cabinets, etc.) you will be charged at time of order and such orders take longer to ship.

The acceptance of orders, whether oral or written, is conditioned upon Buyer's agreement to the terms and conditions herein. Acceptance of delivery of goods sold hereunder constitutes Buyer's voluntary assent to said terms and conditions, which represent the full and complete agreement between the parties. No modifications, amendments or additions hereto shall be binding upon Seller unless and until made in writing and signed by seller. These terms shall not be modified, amended or supplemented by the terms and conditions which may be contained in Buyer's purchase order, shipping request, or similar forms. Seller shall not be liable for the condition upon delivery of any loose items of material purchased by Buyer. Seller's policy at all times is to ship cartons of goods and not in loose form.

Shipping: Our goal is to get your order to you on time. We will ship your order using UPS or FEDEX ground service. Most orders are shipped within five business days (Add time for custom orders). We can also send your order with expedited shipping services on customer's request.

Packaging: If your order shows up in a used box with foam peanuts, don't be offended. We recycle sturdy boxes, peanuts and newspapers whenever we can to reduce waste.

Approval of Orders: Price is subject to change without notice. Buyer shall pay that price in effect for any good ordered at the time of shipment of same. Any increase in transportation costs resulting from changes or cancellations by Buyer shall be payable by Buyer immediately upon written notice, proof of loss, and demand.

Title to Goods, Etc.: Title of goods shall pass from Seller to Buyer:
(a) Upon delivery and acceptance at job site or business premises;
(b) Upon receipt by Buyer or its authorized employee or agent when picked-up at a warehouse;
(c) Upon delivery to a carrier/shipper when transported to Buyer or its designated destination by third parties. In this instance delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to Buyer, and Buyer shall be solely responsible for risk of loss or damage during delivery.
(d) Upon Seller's receipt of special order goods they will become the property of the Buyer. After 48 hours, if the Buyer has not laid claim to them, the Buyer will be invoiced, and may be also charged for storage of said goods. Further, if those goods should become damaged while in the control of the Seller, the Buyer will be liable.

Additionally: (1) The Seller does not guarantee timed deliveries. Any representations or statements by Seller, its employees and agents as to delivery dates and times are estimates only, and Seller shall not be liable for damages arising from deliveries not made at the time or on the date requested by Buyer. (2) The Seller cannot guarantee dye lots on merchandise.
(3) Buyer agrees to accept each manufacturer's terms and conditions regarding their respective goods.
(4) Buyer shall pay all outside labor.
(5) No field repairs shall be charged-back to Seller.

Limitations on Warranty: Seller warrants all goods sold to be free from substantial defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Sellers sole obligation under this warranty shall be limited to, in its sole discretion, repairing, replacing or allowing credit for, any good which proves substantially defective in material or workmanship within 30 days after delivery to Buyer, provided however, that (a) notice of such substantial defect and satisfactory proof of same is promptly given by Buyer to Seller in writing, and (b) such material shall have been returned to Seller, with transportation charges prepaid, and found by Seller to have been defective.

This warranty does not apply to damage or defects in any product caused by improper construction or installation, by overloading, or misuse, neglect or accident, nor does it apply to any product which has been repaired, modified or altered in any way which, in the sole judgment of Seller, affects the performance, stability or general purpose for which it was manufactured. Seller offers printed directions for the installation and use of certain goods, which are available free of charge upon request.


This warranty does not apply to parts, accessories, attachments, hardware, or other items not sold by Seller to Buyer which may become affixed to the goods; Buyer shall rely solely on the existing warranties, if any, of the respective manufacturers thereof.

Cancellations: Seller reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require payment for goods in advance, or to require Buyer to give Seller satisfactory security for Buyer's obligations hereunder. If Buyer fails to make payment or comply with any provision hereof, Seller may at its option, in addition to all other remedies available to it, cancel any undelivered/unshipped portion of Buyer's order within 72 hours. All customer returns are subject to final inspection by supplier before final credit is processed.

Returns: If any item proves unsatisfactory within 30 days of the date of purchase, you can return it for a full refund, subject to the merchandise being in resalable condition in its original packaging. Please contact us for Return Authorization Number and send the product back to us securely wrapped, freight prepaid and insured against loss or damage. No Returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date. If customer decides to return item without any defect, such returns will have 20% handling charge or a minimum of $25.00. Customer is responsible for shipping back to Environmental Green Products. All customer returns are subject to final inspection by supplier before final credit is processed.

Shipping of products that could freeze in cold weather:
We have products which are water-based such as Safecoat line and American Pride, cold weather can add few complications for customers during cold months . Water-based coatings are damaged by freezing. UPS or FEDEX does not protect shipments from freezing in transit, and we have no packing method that will overcome this. It is the customer's decision, not ours, whether to go ahead with an order if weather conditions are bad between our store and the point of delivery.

Receipt of orders via truck, FEDEX or UPS: On truck shipments, do not sign for your order until you have confirmed an identical count of boxes, bags, rolls, bundles and pails and have checked very carefully for apparent and/or concealed damage. Environmental Green Products will not accept any responsibility for missing and/or damaged items unless you note a count discrepancy and/or identify damage on the bill of lading at the time of delivery! On FEDEX or UPS shipments, if there is noticeable damage upon receipt of your order and you are signing for it, be sure to note the damage with the driver. If they have left the packages at your house or you later find concealed damage in your package, we may still file claim with them, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your shipment if there are any problems.
