Eco-Tuff is a single component, zero VOC, high build, high flex ultra tough waterproof coating material. There are no hazardous ingredients, is non-flammable and virtually odorless. It is engineered for the most extreme environments from freezing cold temperatures to the hottest climates around the world. It is capable of withstanding abrasion, UV, chemicals, hot tire pick-up, and submersible applications.
Eco-Tuff may be used on concrete, wood, fiberglass, and metal surfaces. Each formulation is customized for its intended application.
Aggregate content options are:
Standard, low aggregate (kitchen grade 50% reduction), and high aggregate (50% increase).
Formulations options are:
Standard, high flex (for wood & fiberglass), and submersible (pools & spas).
Approximate Spread Rates:
100-125 sq.ft/gal. per coat. 2 coat application required. We recommend 3 coats for heavy industrial applications.
High Flex:
Eco-Tuff has the unique ability to provide maximum pliability for substrates that naturally expand and contract. Conventional coating materials will eventually crack when subjected to such shifts and will lead to premature failure. Eco-Tuff offers maximum life of your investment.
High Build:
Eco-Tuff applies at 1/8" and up to 1/4" depending on the number of topcoats. The mil thickness is up to 30 times that of conventional epoxy or floor paint coatings, offering years of durability and easily repairable self bonding capability.

The Technology:
Eco-Tufftm is engineered as a high performance, professional grade environmentally compliant coating. The advanced chemistry consists of proprietary modified acrylics, urethanes, and co-polymers that contain no VOC's, hazardous or flammable ingredients. The technology effectively replaces conventional epoxies, urethanes, and water-based coatings where the demand for a green building compliant and extreme durability is required. The Eco-Tuff coating system requires the installation of Eco-Tuff Primers. Eco-Tuff 2-Part WB Primer/Sealer is a water proofing primer that prevents moisture penetration and creates the permanent chemical bond with the topcoat. Eco-Tuff 1-Part WB Metal Primer is specially modified environmentally compliant primer for metal surfaces.
Performance and Durability:
Eco-Tufftm is a superior, long lasting, ultra durable safety coating for use in outdoor, indoor, and submersible environments. It can with stand extreme environmental conditions due to its unique chemistry and flexibility. Adhesion tests also confirm the ultra tough bond is stronger than the substrate material, where the substrate will give way before adhesion failure.
Proper surface preparation and quality of the installation dictate optimum performance of any coating system. Having a high performance coating system that is easy and safe to use allows the user to install without the typical risks and limitations. The self leveling, self bonding and repairable system allows installers to install in phases and easily perform repair work of damaged areas, significantly increasing the coating life.

Open To Foot Traffic: 12 Hours Light, 24 Hours Normal
Full Cure: 5 to 7 Days (Depending on environmental conditions) 10-14 days for submersible coating applications.
APPLICATION:
Apply by hopper sprayer or our specialty textured roller.
Follow the
full installation guide for complete details. The surface must be porous and free from bond breaking contaminants such as oils, grease, sealers, etc. If applying over existing sound topical coatings, sand to provide additional profile for bonding.
Install the
Eco-Tuff 2-Part W.B. Primer/Sealer and allow drying for at least 6 hours prior to installing the topcoat. Eco-Tuff is applied in even coats. Be sure to observe uniform coverage and thickness to maintain encapsulation of the rubber aggregate. You should not exceed 125 sq. ft per gallon per coat in order to maintain recommended mil thickness. Apply 2 coats minimum for most applications and 3 coats for very heavy industrial. Allow 1 hour dry time between coats. To adjust the texture to lessen the profile and to increase indoor cleaning efficiency, apply Eco-Tuff without aggregate (Eco-Tuff Industrial Coating) as the 2
nd or 3
rd coats until you reach your desired finish texture.
