here. Remember that these are computer rendered colors and are only an approximation of the actual color. Color appearance will vary by degree of gloss, lighting and method of application. We recommend color sampling to assure accurate color rendition for your particular installation.
DuraSoy Onetm is a revolutionary one step, one coat, one paint, ultra durable system for both indoor and outdoor applications. This advanced patented technology delivers superior adhesion and hiding capability, eliminating the need for a primer in most applications. It even hides wood knots and resists bleed through. Our satin sheen finish is highly scrub resistant, stain resistant and cleans easily with soap and water. The flexible, yet hard finish makes DuraSoy Onetm the only paint needed for both indoor and outdoor surfaces such as drywall, plaster, stucco, wood, hardboard siding, vinyl, concrete, brick, block, stone and most primed metals. Saves time, saves money, and significantly reduces waste.
Painting once is hard enough. Don't expend additional costs in material and labor to apply two or even three coats with inferior products. If you want to tie in your selected interior or exterior colors, you now can use the same paint. DuraSoy Onetm does not contain hazardous ingredients such as propylene glycol or formaldehyde and is virtually odorless. It is a fast drying bio-based no odor paint system that will dry to the touch within 30 minutes to 1 hour for a quick return to service. It also features fast resistance to unexpected rainfall for outdoor applications and is not considered a food source for mold and mildew in moisture prone areas. DuraSoy One's thicker smooth flow viscosity provides superior coverage up to 400 square feet per gallon with superior hiding capability.

High Solids Technology: DuraSoy One contains over 62% solids which is twice as much as most water based latex paints. That means you achieve 50%-100% more film build (dry mils) over the same surface area or achieve higher spread rates in comparison. The thick smooth consistency acts like an oil based paint. With very little water content, you are able to reach a desirable mil thickness for a true one coat hide without having your paint drip off the roller or run down the wall with a professional sprayer.
Green Attributes: Just having low or no V.O.C. and low odor is simply not enough to be truly “green” ecoprocote goes a step further by actual chemical content. DuraSoy One contains bio-based technology, a renewewable resource material, recycled content, contains no V.O.C. and is low odor. This product offers sustainability with high performance without compromise.

The Technology: DuraSoy Onetm is made from rapidly renewable resources. Contains no VOC's, no hazardous ingredients, and no odor. The superior penetration ability of the soy ester formulation similar to the permanent penetrating capability of our stain technology has been perfected for interior and exterior paint system. It contains over 40% bio-based content in solids making it the highest bio-based content paint available today. This advanced patented technology delivers results never before possible in conventional paint systems and changes all the rules in the decorative and architectural paint industry.

The DuraSoy Onetm technology provides superior bonding, hiding, scrub resistance and surface protection unlike any other paint product. It is truly a one step, one coat, one paint system that may be used on interior or exterior surfaces. Installing a durable system that can withstand the harsh outdoor elements, yet provide the hardness and clean ability required for indoor use changes all the rules for current paint systems. The bio-based content inherently provides outstanding moisture and repelling qualities that does not allow contaminants to prematurely degrade the surface integrity. This feature also allows easy cleaning with soap and water and does not contribute to mold and mildew growth. Clean-up: Soap & Water
Application:
Apply by airless sprayer, brush, or applicable nap roller. May be thinned up to 10% with clean water. Over thinning will reduce the effectiveness of the product. DuraSoy is thicker than most paints and may require adjustments with tip sizes or settings. One coat will cover approximately 350-400 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity and application method. Determine the ideal installation pattern and proper mil thickness by making preliminary passes on a test material or project section. Once you determine the spray pattern or roller pattern that achieves the proper coverage, proceed with the full application. Typcal thickness in a one coat application is approximately 3-5 mils depending on the substrate condition.
To speed dry time and dissipation of any mild odors for interior applications, use fans and open windows for maximum air circulation.
