The Sterling with Gold Tabs or all Gold shield with the ADD matrix in it will be more effective than the all Silver shield with the ADD matrix in it because of the conductivity of the gold. That being said, the all Silver ADD/ADHD shield can produce a strong focusing effect for you if your budget will not allow the Gold Tab or all Gold shield.
